    Position Purpose:

    This role, vital for safety, involves collaborating with the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager to conduct repairs and maintenance across the property. Responsibilities include upkeep of residential units, public areas, outdoor spaces, and equipment.

    Key Contributions:

    Property Appearance/Upkeep: Maintain a tidy, clean property through daily inspections, potentially assisting with Groundkeeper tasks.

    Appliance Maintenance: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues.

    Make Ready: Prepare units in line with company standards, potentially involving painting.

    Laundry Room: Ensure laundry areas meet company guidelines.

    Pool Maintenance (if applicable): Conduct daily inspections, cleaning, and maintenance to comply with city codes.

    Customer Service: Exceed resident satisfaction standards, handle emergency situations promptly.

    Other duties as needed.

    Essential Mental Alertness Requirements:

    • Remain alert and work safely.
    • Process tasks requiring high cognitive function and judgment.
    • Ability to respond promptly to changing conditions.
    • Maintain focus during emergencies or sudden changes.
    • Show dedication to safety.

    Position Requirements:

    Education: High school diploma or GED required. Pool and HVAC certifications preferred.

    Experience: Minimum one year of maintenance experience in residential properties.

    Physical & Cognitive: Ability to perform various physical tasks and lift up to 110 pounds. Regular standing, walking, occasional sitting, squatting, climbing, and balancing.

    If driving is required:

    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Reliable transportation and insurance.

    Candidates must pass a background check, drug screening, and physical assessment.
