SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage daily operations of the Transit Advertising Program.
  • Reviews advertising requests to confirm compliance with advertising policy and submits to review committee.
  • Works with customers to establish advertising contracts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and government agencies to expand advertising partnerships.
  • Manages installation contracts for all advertisements.
  • Oversees installation of all advertisements and manages quality control process.
  • Works closely with staff and vendors to ensure ontime and accurate installation of transit advertising campaigns.
  • Tracks inventory and maintains records of inmarket campaigns and available ad space.
  • Oversees printing and production of advertising creative.
  • Create and maintain accurate campaign records and documentation.
  • Documents campaign installations and provides proof of completion to customers.
  • Projects revenue and sets budget for the Transit Advertising Program.
  • Manages invoices and expenses for the Transit Advertising Program.
  • Prepares monthly progress reports for leadership.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on transit advertising policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identifies and refines strategies for program success and growth.
  • Reviews and refines advertising rates for marketability.
  • Collaborates with marketing team and stakeholders to identify partnership campaign opportunities.
  • Performs related duties as required.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, public administration, or a related field. Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
