Your Responsibilities

The dual study program includes:

  • A three-year program: You will alternate between three months at the company and at the Dual University in Villingen-Schwenningen
  • The main topics of your studies are controlling, marketing and sales management, as well as material and personnel management
  • After successfully completing the program, the state of Baden-Württemberg will award you with a Bachelor of Arts degree (Business/Industry)
  • Finance and accounting: Balance sheet analysis, consolidated financial statements, financial management, various systems of cost and performance accounting
  • Marketing and sales management: Strategic and operational marketing planning, market research, e-commerce, CRM, sales management and controlling
  • Purchasing and logistics: Supplier and contract management, inventory management, procurement planning, logistics and sales, production planning and control
  • Human resources: Workforce planning, personnel development, work science

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent - ideally with good grades in German and mathematics
  • Interest in business processes and operations
  • Flexibility, openness, communication skills
