Are you an experienced Senior or Lead Superintendent that is looking for an exciting opportunity within an established GC? This Senior Superintendent opportunity is with one of the most established and yet still growing General contractors in the Carolinas.
A great opportunity within a highly reputable General Contractor Our client is one of the fastest growing General Contractors in North Carolina for the past 5 years.
They have won numerous awards for their projects and have developed great relationships with clients and subs in the market they serve.
The team is seeking a Senior Superintendent due to growth and will be tasked with leading the build of K-12, education, and healthcare projects.

The Senior Superintendent-Life Science/Pharma Construction-Top 400 ENR will be responsible for:
Supervise the daily construction activities and quality control of all subcontractors.
Supervise the coordination of field efforts between trades to achieve a timely and profitable completion in strict accordance with contract documents and specifications, law and safety requirements.
Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors.Attend weekly subcontractor and owner/architect meetings.
Assist with quality control oversight.
Assist with field office document control.
Verify all materials, equipment, and installation are in compliance with approved submittals and contract documents.
The Senior Superintendent-Life Science/Pharma Construction-Top 400 ENR will have the following experience:
~5+ years of Commercial or project related construction experience.
~ Basic knowledge of project management Software
~ The Successful Senior Superintendent will receive:
