    Concept Overview:

    Concept is a multi-channel business-to-business (B2B) lead generation agency based in Copley, OH. Specializing in creating and implementing lead generation and business development strategies for clients.


    Position Summary: Concept is looking for a Technical Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in HubSpot and WordPress. The role involves optimizing websites and landing pages for both paid and organic traffic. Working closely with the Brand Strategist and Demand Generation Manager to ensure best practices, testing website performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing strategies for enhancement.

    Responsibilities of a Technical Digital Marketing Specialist:

    • Collaborate with development teams for seamless integration of marketing tools
    • Implement tracking tags and pixels for data collection
    • Analyze user behavior, run tests, and enhance conversion rates
    • Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimizations
    • Oversee website updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance and security
    • Optimize website loading times and user experience
    • Create and maintain XML sitemaps
    • Utilize HTML/CSS, WordPress, and HubSpot CMS
    • Execute marketing strategies to boost traffic and lead generation
    • Manage paid search campaigns and provide optimization recommendations


    Requirements:

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
    • Minimum of 2 years' SEO and front-end development experience
    • Certification in SEO or Google Analytics a plus
    • Understanding of SEO principles and web-design process
    • Knowledge of CMS software, website architecture, and integrations
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
