We offer you an exciting and varied challenge in a dynamic environment in the Time Management/Payroll department of the Central Human Resources department.

Your task
  • As a specialist in the field of SAP-HCM, you are responsible for the support, conceptual further development and operation of ICT systems and procedures
  • You are proficient in system development, optimization and maintenance of HCM procedures, including the conception of all ESS/MSS services, customizing, and system support and support for applicant management as well as an ICS system (Internal Control System)
  • In relevant projects, you take on independent leadership. With your expertise, you advise our HR team when it comes to clarifying complex procedural questions and act as the interface to the IT department.
