    Our recruiting firm is partnering with an finance and investment firm in Boca Raton, to find them a Senior Finance Operations Manager. This is a well-established firm offering a full range of benefits, yearly bonus structure and professional culture.

    The target base salary for this role is $150k-$175k.

    Job Summary

    • Analyze financial and operational standings to understand performance
    • Create reports and presentations for leadership to present to stakeholders
    • Present findings and make budget recommendations based on performance metrics
    • Identify potential issues that need to be addressed
    • Create project management protocols based on meeting presentations

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years in FP&A with demonstrated history of project management
    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business (or closely related field required)
    • Professional communication and presentation skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel
    • 100% onsite position
