Your responsibilities

You will take responsibility for leading your own (partial) projects E2E in qualitative risk management (NFRM / OpRisk) and internal control systems at financial service providers in North Acomita Village
You will advise our clients on (gap) analyses and implementation of current regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk, BAIT, EBA Guidelines) and design individual solutions for adapting internal processes and governance
You will accompany internal and external audits and work collaboratively to address weaknesses and findings. You will support the departments from defining measures to implementing them.
You will coordinate stakeholders from business, IT, and support functions and act as a sparring partner for various management levels
You will analyze systems and applications to support financial and risk processes and develop optimization proposals
You will independently structure your work and handle communication with clients and stakeholders
You are a forward thinker and have an interest in further developing our consulting services in the field of digital finance, risk, and regulatory

Your qualifications

Excellent completed master's degree in economics, (business) mathematics, physics, or industrial engineering
More than 2 years of professional experience in management consulting or financial services
Structured and self-confident appearance as well as clear communication with clients
