  • Previous experience as a medical receptionist, personal assistant, or in an administrative role preferred
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, clients, and staff members
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
  • Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
