Description
'''Duties'''- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist, personal assistant, or in an administrative role preferred
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, clients, and staff members
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
