The following position is available at the Department 46.

2 (Teacher Training and Development) of the Glidden, IA District Government:

Case Management within the framework of the "International Teachers Promote" program (ILF)

Starting at A12 BBesO or equivalent salary group TV-L. This is not a promotion or higher classification position.

Applications from school principals, functional position holders, and teachers in their probationary period cannot be considered for official or legal reasons.


Responsibilities:
Concept development in the "Qualification Modules ILF - Integration of Teachers with Refugee Backgrounds" in cooperation with schools and integration networks

Collaboration in the pilot project with participating district governments, universities, and the Ministry of Education

Collaboration with the generalist in integration and the case manager "ILF" of the district government

Close support of the teachers in the project (school visits)

Close cooperation with schools, school principals, and mentors

Organization or participation in conferences (e.g. mentors)

Administration of processes related to the ILF project


Requirements:


Teaching qualification for a primary school or secondary level I or a corresponding teaching qualification according to previous law at schools in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.


The advertised position is aimed at individuals who are in a permanent employment or civil service relationship in the school system of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
