    Overview



    As the Principal Solution Analyst - SAP WM, you will play a vital role in ensuring that SAP WM and integrated tech solutions meet business requirements and drive desired outcomes. This position involves collaborating with subject matter experts on gap analysis/process definitions for projects and system enhancements, as well as offering top-tier support for break-fix incidents. It's important to note that this role is not developer-focused.

    Specialized Skills and Technologies

    • Hands-on expertise in SAP WM configuration for various processes including PO receipts/put away, STOs, internal warehouse functions, shipping/returns, etc.
    • In-depth understanding of interfacing SAP WM with non-SAP applications like Manhattan WMS, Omnitracs/Roadnet, Dematic (Bevpro), Bevscan, Velocitor, and RF guns
    • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP WM configuration and module integration with SAP MM, SD, and FICO
    • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, collaborate with developers, and support various system components
    • Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies, SAP upgrades (especially from ECC to S/4 HANA), and ServiceNow

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Lead and serve as a subject matter expert within the Solution Analyst team
    • Translate business needs into system solutions through platform and application design and configuration
    • Develop process documentation and training materials
    • Define project requirements, milestones, and budget needs
    • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates
    • Act as a liaison between Business Divisions/Functions and IT
    • Mentor junior team members and perform assigned job duties

    Additional Primary Responsibilities



    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management, or Business Intelligence
    • 5+ years of experience in business or technology roles, familiarity with Agile and traditional project management principles
    • Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of business processes
    • Experience with Behavior-Driven-Design (BDD), requirements gathering, and stakeholder consensus building
    • Strong grasp of Agile values and principles

    Physical Demands

    • Tasks include prolonged periods of sitting, typing, computer use, as well as physical activities like walking, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20lbs
    • May involve occasional physical exertion and movement
