Overview

The Principal Solution Analyst - SAP WM plays a vital role in ensuring that SAP WM and integrated tech solutions meet business needs and achieve desired outcomes. This position involves assisting subject matter experts in gap analysis, process definitions for projects, system enhancements, and providing top-notch service for incidents.

Specialized Skills and Technologies

Hands-on SAP WM configuration experience in various aspects like supplier PO receipts, stock transfer orders, internal warehouse functions, shipping/returns, etc.
Strong understanding of interfaces with non-SAP applications and module integration.
Experience in writing functional specifications, working with developers, testing, and supporting various objects.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies, SAP upgrades, and ServiceNow is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead within the Solution Analyst team, applying system solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop business and technical process documentation, project requirements, and project milestones.
Track project progress, serve as a liaison between Business Divisions/Functions and IT, mentor junior team members, and perform assigned duties.

Additional Primary Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields and 5+ years of work experience in business or technology roles.
Extensive knowledge of SDLC models, excellent communication skills, and experience in facilitating automation of acceptance tests.
Proven ability to build consensus, demonstrate Agile delivery values, and understand business processes.

Physical Demands

Considerable time spent sitting and typing, with occasional physical activities like walking, bending, lifting, etc.
