Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing absences of internal employees
  • Processing requests for overtime
  • Assisting with organizational tasks such as onboarding and workshop planning
  • Planning business trips
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Processing expense reimbursements

Your profile should include:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Excellent English skills are required
  • Familiarity with SAP R/3 and MS Office
