    Located eight miles from downtown Pittsburgh, in the heart of the South Hills. St. Clair Country Club is committed to providing the highest quality dining, social, entertainment and recreational experiences to its 870 members and their families and guests.

    Position:

    Temporary to potential permanent

    Accounts Payable - Full-Time Monday - Friday

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Receives and reconciles all invoices for goods and services
    • Works with vendors to research invoice discrepancies
    • Posts invoices to accounting system
    • Manages weekly check run
    • Pays invoices and schedules payments
    • Processes payments and credit cards
    • Maintains updated vendor files
    • Prints and distributes monthly financial reports
    • Generates and distributes 1099 forms as required by law

    Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Excellent Time Management and Problem Solving Skills
    • Proven experience with large volumes
    • Strong computer skills including MS Office
    • Detail Oriented and exceptional follow-up skills
    • Ability to multitask with constantly changing priorities
    • Knowledge of standard acceptable accounting and accounts payable practices

    Required Education, Experience, Certifications, Credentials:

    • Associates Degree in Accounting or related field preferred or previous proven experience in the field
