Description

CLINT MCLAIN is in search of a dedicated individual to join our team, someone with drive and determination. With over a century of experience, we are leaders in our industry. As part of this role, you will learn our client service processes, handle a portfolio of 2,000 clients, expand our client base through referrals and leads, and lead a small team in these endeavors. As you excel in your responsibilities, there is an opportunity to grow into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary, averaging $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

Service existing client base
Research new business opportunities (B2B)
Supervision of team activities and results
Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Effective supervisory and leadership skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
Thrives in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment
Passionate about helping others and building relationships
Sales or customer service background
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Community involvement
Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Clean background and personal transportation required
45-day evaluation period before potential advancement
