Sunbelt Home Solutions, Florida's Premier Home Improvement Company, is growing at an incredible rate and looking for the right individual to lead our Fort Myers market.

This is a HUGE opportunity to the right person, and while being a very demanding position with huge responsibility of Sales Representatives and Staff, is also very rewarding.

Management experience is required.

Sunbelt services customers on the west coast of Florida. We handle retro-replacement Hurricane Impact windows/doors, Hurricane Shutters, and a Lifetime Exterior Coating system (Tex-Cote) for residential homes.


This position will work under the COO to Recruit, train, develop, manage, and support an effective sales team while overseeing Branch operations.

The Branch Sales Manager is expected to hit Branch Installation budgets based on size of team and market. Bonuses will be achieved by hitting these budgets.

The Branch Sales Manager must train in the office and in the field to ensure the performance of the team.

The Branch Sales Manager will actively oversee Branch operations while in the office and be the point of contact for any issues that may arise.

Other duties may be assigned.

Branch Sales Managers must run a minimum of 15 leads as primary every month and do field training as needed for underperforming reps.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including the following, other duties may be assigned.

  • Office hours are 85 unless running leads in the field with a rep.
  • Develops and maintains a sales team that performs at MAP (70% pitch, 30% close, 70% conversion, 20% GCP and 15% NCP)
  • Responsible for maintaining a team sales conversion rate of 70% or greater.
  • Demonstrates a consistent mastery of the Sunbelt selling system, products, and financing.
  • Responsible for driving business and achieving monthly sales budgets.
  • Plans and facilitates weekly sales meetings.
  • Review and approve all contracts.
  • Communicates with staff daily to provide management support with pending approvals, install issues and collections.
  • Primary contact to independently resolve any customer issues.
  • Primary mediator to independently resolve any installation issues involving increases/decreases in costs.
  • Writes and administers change order addendums for all jobs as needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining recruiting, interviewing, sales onboarding, samples, sales samples.
  • Expected to run solo leads when lead coverage is insufficient.
  • Responsible for running Can save appointments.
  • Primary contact for all sales calls Monday through Saturday.
  • Enforces company policies and procedures for Sales Team
  • Blocks and issues all leads.
  • Ensures that all dispositions for appointments are called in per company policy and procedures.
  • The sales manager is responsible for terminations and separations while adhering to Sunbelt policies and procedures.
  • Assists sales reps with commission and reimbursement discrepancies.
  • Works with Office Admin and supervises sales administrative duties

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)
