On behalf of our renowned client in Neuburg, we are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of Finance (m/f/d).

These are your responsibilities:

  • Personnel and professional management and development of the finance department in the South region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)
  • Support of the Regional Managing Director and the Hospital and Facility Directors in the development and management of the region
  • Consulting the management on all business, financial and tax-related issues
  • Independent preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including internal and external reporting according to HGB and IFRS
  • Financial and liquidity planning and control
  • Operational and strategic performance, revenue and cost controlling
  • Collaboration and coordination with the finance management

You bring with you:

  • Completed degree in business administration or a comparable academic qualification
  • Professional experience in finance/controlling
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial, but not a requirement
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • Sound knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Excellent knowledge of ERP systems and BI tools
  • Excellent numerical understanding and strong analytical skills
  • Entrepreneur
