Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Typing all quotes and new orders
- Create all quote files
- Pull any previous files
- Help Estimator with basic buy to job items (ex Handles, components)
- Assemble & Send any Sales Tools
- Manage all finish samples from inventory to taking care of requests from clients
- All other administrative functions that are required
- Creating folders
- Answering all Company incoming calls, transfer and screen all calls.
- Checking in fabrics as they arrive and logging them into the system.
- Assembling and shipping sales materials sets such as wood & metal samples, brochures etc.
- Updating basic data in the system. Data entry.
- Assisting the project team with taking photographs when needed and filing them electronically in the system.
- General filing of paperwork and samples
- All other administrative functions that are required
- Using the copier, and scanner
- Keep a good inventory of sales materials.
- Daily communication and problem solving.
- Must work Overtime when needed.
- Follow Safety always.
- Understands and follows all company process.
- Understands company systems.
- Must comply with the company attendance and punctuality policy arriving to work every day on.
- Good work ethic and can work well with others.
- Must follow all company policies and procedure.
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
