    Description

    One of Insight Global's clients is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Mechanic to join their team in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania. This position is onsite, and will be working a 3rd shift of 10:30 PM EST – 6:30 AM EST. This is a permanent position, seeking individuals to support the organization's customer commitment for quality products delivered on time by maintaining all production equipment in OEM condition while minimizing downtime and expense.

    Title: Maintenance Mechanic

    FTE Rate: $29/hr

    Duration: Direct Hire

    Target Start Date: ASAP

    3rd Shift – 10:30 PM EST – 6:30 AM EST

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • High School Diploma Required
    • 5 years of experience as a mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical technician, or relevant combination of experience and education.
    • Must be able to read and understand relay logic and schematic diagrams, perform tests, and follow calibration procedures using test equipment and instrumentation.
    • Must be able to use various hand tools, power tools, saws, drill press, volt/ohm meter, oscilloscope, amp probe, soldering iron.
    • Experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all production equipment in OEM or standard operating condition.
    • Apply knowledge of functional operation of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems to perform complex diagnostics to determine the root cause of malfunctions.
    • Ability to listen, speak, and write in the English language is required.
    • Ability to use routine software applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
