Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher.

As a Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring their inquiries are resolved.

This is a part time position with opportunities for possible full time.


Duties:

• Manage fleet operations
• Coordinate and dispatch drivers to certain request
• Answer phones
• Release vehicles

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving skills
• Knowledge of dispatching procedures is a plus

Job Types:

$ $16.50 per hour
