Tasks and Process

The apprenticeship alternates between theory and practical phases every three or six months. At the Dual University of Applied Sciences Baden-Württemberg (DHBW) Ravensburg, you will learn the theory of mechanics, mechanical engineering, and business administration. These learning contents will then be applied and deepened during the practical phases at ZF Friedrichshafen AG in their own projects. It is possible to complete a semester abroad during the practical phase. The apprenticeship contract guarantees you a regular income from the first day and thus ensures your financial independence.
