- Experience with Avatax or similar sales tax e-commerce integrations.
- Experience in systems administration and defining, prioritizing, and developing solutions for business functions.
- Experience managing internal and external resources and vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff with little direct supervision.

HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the Systems Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and integration of our IT systems. This role supports the Information Technology Manager by maintaining system integrations, managing vendor relationships, and providing comprehensive IT support to our staff. The Systems Administrator I works with leadership and various internal stakeholders to define and maintain the design of ETR's CRM, ERP, e-commerce, and productivity systems, as well as the integrations between these systems. This is a remote position and can work from anywhere within the United States.
CULTURAL ATTRIBUTES
Starting Pay Range: $76,200-$93,100 annually. The typical hiring range for this position is $76,200 to $84,700 at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
