  • As technical manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, controlling and further developing the Engineering department with the areas of process technology/process engineering, mechanical and electrical design, automation and R&D, with a total of approximately 40 employees
  • Operational management of technical implementation in day-to-day business
  • Continuous optimization of existing processes and implementation of future-oriented processes based on contemporary management methods
  • Leadership, motivation and development of your team with modern, delegating leadership skills
  • You recognize engineering trends and strategically and sustainably align your department accordingly
  • You lead innovation and flagship projects yourself
  • You establish long-term relationships with external partners and search for new engineering partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • You work closely with adjacent departments and management
  • You represent the company at trade fairs and give presentations at professional
