Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team.

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting and implementing various HR initiatives and programs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HRrelated inquiries
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns
  • Collaborate with management to develop succession planning strategies
  • Assist in strategic planning initiatives related to talent acquisition, retention, and development
  • Support the implementation of organization design changes
  • Coordinate training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Utilize HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Ceridian) for data entry and reporting purposes
  • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations

Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment labor laws
  • Experience with succession planning and strategic planning initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
In person
