For our client in Euskirchen-Kuchenheim, we are looking for a
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in full-time, permanent position.

  • Salary: Depending on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities:


  • Daily operations in direct customer communication
  • Reception
  • Personal customer consultation
  • Telephone contact with customers
  • Postal correspondence and emails
  • Sales market communication
  • Support in sales activities
  • Acceptance and qualification of initial inquiries
  • Telephone initial consultation and referral of interested parties
  • Handling of customers and prospects correspondence
  • Preparation, dispatch and documentation of offers
  • Followup on open offers
  • Internal clarification of customer concerns, e.g. process handling, invoice inquiries, meter readings

Your profile:


  • Commercial education or comparable qualification/experience
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • High social competence
  • Good communication skills
  • Teamwork
