Project Manager (m/f/d) for Training, Digital Competence, and Transformation.



Your responsibilities:

  • As a project manager, you will lead a team.
  • You will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of the company and leading transformation projects.
  • You will oversee the operation and further development of our digital learning platform.
  • You will develop, optimize, and conduct training programs for employees with different backgrounds.
  • You will continuously exchange ideas with our clients and the market to stay uptodate on the latest developments, synergies, and joint solutions.

Your profile:

  • You have a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Work Sciences, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years of experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and complex transformation projects.
  • You have experience in building and operating a digital, webbased learning platform, as well as data interfaces.
