Were seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator for a 12-month contract. The role involves administrative tasks, scheduling workshops, data tracking, budget management, and vendor onboarding. The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and is interested in building a leadership learning framework. This is a great opportunity for growth and development.
Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :
Maintain and organize learning materials, schedules, and participant records via our Learning app platform
Data and Metrics Tracking :
Monitor training attendance, completion rates, and feedback
Workshop Coordination & Scheduling :
Assist in planning, scheduling, and logistics for learning events
Budget Tracking :
Be able to manage and track learning expenses and POs
Effective Communication :
Liaise with participants, facilitators, and stakeholders
Problem-Solving :
Adapt to changing priorities and address challenges proactively
Qualifications :
Education :
Bachelors in Education, Business, or related fields
Skills :
Proficient in Microsoft Office (highly proficient in Excel), including MS Teams, data entry, and record keeping
Experience :
