We look forward to welcoming you as a business/law graduate (m/f/d) for insolvency/restructuring proceedings In our team at the Heidelberg, Frankfurt am Main and Wiesbaden locations Your new area of responsibility As a process-leading clerk, you will be responsible - in close coordination with the respective partner - for the processing of consumer and corporate insolvency proceedings as well as restructuring proceedings.

You will independently handle correspondence with debtors, courts and authorities, as well as prepare expert opinions and reports. With confidence and expertise, you will determine assets and claims and regulate their enforcement. In addition, you will accompany business operations and prevent their closure. Your qualifications Successfully completed studies (bachelor/master/diploma). Ideally, professional experience in the mentioned areas;
