    The Manager is critical to the success of the Children's Wisconsin's Mental and Behavioral Health strategy by increasing Access, reducing Stigma, engaging in Early Detection, Prevention and Education. This position will manage 2 clinics located on the Milwaukee campus. One clinic functions during the day and is a "bridge" or short term therapy clinic. The other clinic functions during evening and weekend hours and is a walk in crisis focused clinic. Along with the leadership team of clinical supervisors, the manager is responsible for the overall operation of both clinics. A clinical background and/or experience in crisis work are beneficial along with experience in mental and behavioral health operations. This position does require significant visibility in the evening and weekend hours
    • Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Nursing, Business Administration or related field.
    • Requires 5 years of operational health care experience with proven understanding of clinical operations.
    • Requires 1 year supervisory experience
    • Advanced analytical and decision making skills necessary to resolve employee and operational problems and assist in the development of departmental budgets and operational planning.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, physicians, clinic/hospital staff and community.
    • Knowledge of trauma-informed and evidence-based/informed care principles and approaches.
    • Ability to work autonomously under conditions of ambiguity.
    • Demonstrated focus on customer service and continuous quality improvement.
    • Occasional evening and weekend work.
    • Local and statewide travel.
