    Summary

    Meritas Health has a need for a Patient Service Representative to join our Express-64th Street team If you're looking for a great opportunity to serve our community and be part of our growing team, join our Meritas family where there is more for you

    Your Mission:
    Perform front office duties focusing on customer service and billing accuracy and efficiency.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Complete patient registration and eligibility
    • Communicate and collect co-pays
    • Schedule patient appointments
    • Remain HIPPA Compliant
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service
    • Demonstrate leadership

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 2 years of experience
    • Customer service skills
    • Basic office skills
    • CPT and diagnosis coding experience is a plus but not required
