Description

The Schwarz IT department is responsible for managing the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions for companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes selecting, providing, operating, and continuously developing IT infrastructures, platforms, and business applications. In order to support the business processes of various departments with optimal IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers requirements through consultation and works together with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your tasks

Support in the area of international purchasing systems for Lidl/Kaufland
Gathering and specifying requirements for our software systems with our development partners
Conducting functional tests after development is complete, documenting them, and implementing the software solutions
Monitoring project progress
Training international users on the system
Serving as the main point of contact after project completion
Acting as a liaison between international and national departments, internal development and IT departments, and external software partners

Your profile

Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a similar education with a focus on information technology and relevant work experience
Experience in IT project and process management, as well as knowledge of IT quality assurance processes
Good knowledge of SAP ERP (with a focus on master data) is advantageous
