The University of Notre Dame Enterprises and Events (UEE) division is currently hiring for the position of _Culinary Service Associate_ for Moreau Seminary.

The UEE division leads the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions while supporting student life, academic endeavors, and research initiatives.

The Culinary Service Associate reports to the dining service manager, supporting the mission and goals of a "Best in Class" dining program.

As a Culinary Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in one of the Congregation of Holy Cross's Religious Houses, located on the campus of Notre Dame.

This environment is unique as it is a position working in the residences of priests and brothers.

A typical day could include:

Greeting and Serving Guests
Maintaining a Salad Buffet
Preparing entrees, sandwiches, salads and beverages
Washing dishes
Sanitizing stations

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED
Perform duties as assigned, in accordance with University Enterprises and Events standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in culinary, hospitality, or a long term care setting is preferred, but not required
Ability to obtain ServSafe food safety training
