Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern half of Germany in the field of Urology. The position of Regional Sales Manager offers an exciting opportunity to take on responsibility in a professional environment at a German pharmaceutical company. The Regional Sales Manager plays an essential role in managing the sales processes.
Requirements:
- Completed degree in natural sciences or qualification as a certified pharmaceutical representative according to AMG §75
- Demonstrable experience in pharmaceutical sales and ideally specific experience in the field of Urology.
- Successful leadership experience and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team.
- Excellent knowledge of the German healthcare system and the pharmaceutical market, particularly in the Eastern half of Germany.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and respond to market opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team of 10 sales representatives in the Eastern half of Germany to achieve and exceed sales targets in the field of Urology.
- Planning, implementing, and monitoring sales strategies and activities to maximize revenue and increase market share in the region.
- Identifying market opportunities and developing action
