- Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management for designated customers.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, forecast trends, excess/aged inventory items, and other supply chain-related matters.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to ensure accurate forecasts at the SKU level for major customers.
- Act as a primary liaison between Sales, Customer Operations teams regarding stock availability and timelines across product lines.
- Prepare and communicate insightful analyses as part of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Provide essential operational support for specified customers, such as forecasting, stock allocation, and customer-specific metrics.
- Create data-driven reports and presentations for Senior Management.
- Handle supply chain tasks associated with the annual budget, quarterly, and monthly forecasting procedures.
- Engage with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Operations, Marketing, etc.) on daily issues and assigned projects as necessary.
- Coordinate forecasts and supply planning activities with Omron corporate and factory-based supply chain teams, predominantly in Asia. Collaborate with headquarters in Japan and peers in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
- Maintain updated information in the ERP system periodically (e.g., item costs, transfer prices).
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Science, or Math
- Preference for a background in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or supply chain roles.
- Solid understanding of customer and item forecasting, and demand planning processes.
- Familiarity with full supply chain procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Supply Chain/Forecasting systems.
