Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for patients in a dental office setting
• Coordinate and manage the daily schedule of the dental office
• Ensure that all patient appointments are accurately recorded and updated in the scheduling system
• Communicate with patients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information
• Maintain and update patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding scheduling and appointments
• Collaborate with the dental team to optimize scheduling efficiency
• Assist in managing and resolving scheduling conflicts or issues

Qualifications:

• Previous experience using scheduling software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks
• Proficient in using systems and technology, including phone systems and electronic medical records
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Experience working in a dental office or healthcare setting is preferred
