    In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will have access to a diverse portfolio of insurance products and will work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

    Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $30,000 and first year commissions are expected to be around $20,000

    Are you an experienced veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary can start at $40,000 to $50,000 and our top earners made $35,000 in commission last year.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
    • Offer comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to clients' unique requirements
    • Educate clients about insurance products and coverage options
    • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and trust
    • Attend networking events and actively seek out new business opportunities

    Requirements
    • Active insurance license in Louisiana required
    • Previous experience in insurance sales or related field
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Customer-oriented mindset and a desire to provide exceptional service
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Microsoft Office experience & Basic Computer Knowledge
    • Ability to multitask
