- Coach, motivate, and provide support for assigned technicians.
- Hold assigned technicians accountable in following the in-home process on every call:
- Ensure diagnosing of the entire mechanical system process has been completed
- Create premium, mid-range, and economy choices for homeowners

THE MISSION:
The HVAC Sales Presenter contributes to improved technician and organizational performance by assisting technicians via phone and computer, with customer interactions and presenting repair/replacement options. The HVAC Sales Presenter interacts with an assigned group of field technicians on every call to ensure all steps of the in-home process are followed, and all viable options are presented to the customer so they can make an informed decision. When the customer is interested in replacing their system instead of repairing it, the HVAC Sales Presenter conducts a live presentation via video calling software to gain the customer's commitment to have their system replaced.
