We are looking for an Accountant - Accounts Payable / Financial Accountant (all genders) - McAlester, OK - (full-time / part-time and freelancers welcome)


We are a tech startup based in McAlester, OK with the goal of making life easier for small and medium-sized businesses.

With our software solutions for online appointment booking, customer management, email marketing, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems, business owners not only save time, but also have the ability to manage their business 24/7 from anywhere.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for reviewing, coding, and posting incoming invoices
  • You will also handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting
  • You will manage data entry in invoice books and ERP programs
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Work closely with tax advisors and auditors
  • Contribute your own ideas to process optimization and regularly coordinate with other teams
  • Support the team leader in finance operations functions such as cash flow planning and reporting

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial or taxrelated education or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in accounting and understanding of commercial and tax processes
  • Fluent in German
