For the Institute for at the Technical University of Hamburg, we are currently seeking a:
RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (m/f/d)

Part-time (50%) and permanent. Compensation is based on pay grade 14.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Independent and professional support in the creation and coordination of strategy and concept papers for public relations and science communication, statements, scientific texts, and presentations
Content creation, preparation, and consolidation of decisionmaking templates with a focus on public relations and science communication

YOUR PROFILE
Requirements

Completed academic degree, preferably in the field of engineering, a relevant doctorate in engineering is desirable

Required expertise and personal skills

At least three years of professional experience at universities in the field of university management, university development, and digitalization
Relevant project management experience is mandatory, desirable in the university sector
Very good knowledge in the areas of communication and cooperation, as well as work organization
Very good experience in providing strategic and operational support to decisionmakers, including contributing to written scientific and strategic texts, preparing decisionmaking templates, and coordinating different areas of responsibility
Calm and clear approach, even in difficult situations, and ability to solve problems independently
Good social skills, especially teamwork and cooperation, high communication skills, diplomatic skills, and independence
Very good knowledge of the structure of TUHH is desirable
