As an HR Leader, reporting to the C-Suite, you will be an integral member of the Zetta, assuming responsibility for the Human Resources portfolio across North and South America locations.

Partnering with the region's business and functional leaders in the organization to implement, standardize, and develop applicable HR process and procedures, aligned to global HR policies.

Ensure the HR process and procedures, governance & controls adheres to group policy and statutory requirements.


What You'll Do:


  • Champion HR Strategy: Lead the implementation of Zetta's HR strategy across the Americas, ensuring alignment with global policies and legal requirements.
  • Lead and Advocate: Be a champion for HR, influencing key decisions and ensuring employee concerns are considered.

Culture Champion:
Own and drive people and culture initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture with strong employee engagement.

  • Strategic Workforce Planning: Translate business needs into a comprehensive workforce plan, ensuring we have the right talent to achieve our goals.
  • Empowering Leaders: Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, coaching, career development, and employee relations.
  • Building a Great Place to Work: Partner with leadership to build strong work relationships, boost morale, and drive productivity and retention.

Operations Expert:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience.


Responsibilities Breakdown:


  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Implement Zetta's HR strategy in the Americas.
  • Lead change initiatives and advise on peoplecentric decisions.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies and best practices to business leaders and employees.
  • Continuously refine HR processes for optimal effectiveness.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Oversee payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with regional HR teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Partner with talent acquisition teams to develop and execute recruitment strategies.
  • Support managers on recruitment initiatives and interviewing techniques.
  • Talent Management & Retention:
  • Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional and global HR teams on talent management initiatives.
  • Support managers on employee development and career growth.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Partner with Group HR to manage compensation for the Americas region.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including healthcare, retirement savings, and leave programs.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits options.
  • Performance Management:
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including job descriptions, employee evaluations, and promotions.
  • Advise managers on best practices and strategies for improving employee performance.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:


  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR generalist/business partner experience with HR operations expertise.
  • Consulting and Technology Services experience a plus.
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • HR
Expertise:


  • Indepth knowledge of HR practices, including compensation, employee relations, benefits, diversity, performance management, and employment law.
  • Experienced in all aspects of HR, from recruitment to performance management.
  • Proficiency in payroll administration and federal/state compliance.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding capabilities across all levels and departments.
  • Highly professional with a strong sense of confidentiality and tact.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)is preferred
  • Strategic & Operational Skills:
  • Proven ability to translate HR concepts into actionable strategies and training programs.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills with a resultsoriented approach.
  • Experience navigating change and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel with macros/pivot tables/VLOOKUP, PowerPoint) and other collaboration tools.
