We are now at a point we must add a full time Lot Manager / RV Tech to continue growth.

You will be joining a top performing sales team that works very well together.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced RV Technician to join our team. As an RV Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs and moving RV's around the lot. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.


Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on RVs
• Diagnose and repair issues, minor repairs to seals rehang cabinet drawers and doors
• Conduct inspections to identify any potential problems or safety concerns
• Install and repair RV components, including plumbing systems, electrical systems, and appliances
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed
• Replacing rubber seals
• Ability to drive a tractor/forklift to move RV's around on the lot
• Maintain the dealership grounds and keep a clean environment
• Organize all tools and parts
• Wash exterior of RV's including roofs

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an RV Technician or similar role
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent problemsolving skills
• Strong attention to detail

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Fort Myers, FL 33905: Relocate before starting work (required)
