Civil Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of building construction at Prairie Grove

As a general contractor, BSC Consulting is looking for a dedicated and experienced building construction engineer (m/f/d) in full-time to join our team. With a focus on renovation projects and a background in business administration, we offer a challenging position for an experienced construction professional. Your responsibilities:

Preparing offers and managing construction projects
Creating measurements for construction projects
Supervising construction projects from start to finish
Project calculation and responsibility for budget compliance
Negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, managing change orders
Pricing and cost control
Using CAD for technical drawings

Your profile:

Completed university degree in civil engineering with a focus on building construction/finishing
Experience in the renovation of construction projects
Knowledge of offer preparation, creating measurements, project calculation, and negotiations
Proficiency in CAD software/ORCA
Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style
Teamwork and strong communication skills
Willingness to occasionally travel for work
Comprehensive knowledge of change order management
