Your Responsibilities:
In this position, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team.

Your daily tasks will include important administrative duties that support your colleagues and provide added value to the entire team.

You will have the opportunity to gain insight into various disciplines of talent management, including:

Creating job postings and publishing and maintaining job advertisements on all relevant channels
Continuous maintenance of our applicant management tool and corresponding applicant management
Maintaining control lists
Assisting in the creation of presentations
Supporting the preparation of our nationwide university fairs and inhouse career events
Attending university fairs and student events and providing onsite support
Processing applicant inquiries and travel expenses
Research tasks for our diverse recruiting and employer branding projects

Your Profile:

At least 3rd semester of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Humanities, or Social Sciences with a focus on Human Resources, Marketing, or Communication
Previous practical experience in HR or Marketing is desirable but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a structured and independent work style
Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
