Title:
Medicare Market Sales Agent

Target Compensation of $120,00-$150,000+

Total Compensation includes a base Pay of $65,00, a bonus incentive plan, and a comprehensive benefits package.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and develop sales opportunities at SNF's within assigned territory.
  • Conduct benefit presentations with potential members, family members or Responsible Parties.
  • Provide general support and education at designated SNFs.
  • Complete daily lead management and documentation in CRM.
  • Establish and maintain relationships within assigned accounts who may refer potential leads.
  • Achieve monthly enrollment goals.
  • Participating in weekly Stand-Up Calls and submitting daily progress reports.
  • Ensure, enforce, and comply with agent ethics and compliance in accordance with applicable statutes and regulations.
  • Maintain an active Health Insurance Producer license.
  • Successfully complete yearly Annual AHIP & Carrier Certifications for MAPD/Part D.
  • Develop best practices to share across all markets.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Must have or obtain a valid Health Insurance License.
  • Valid state driver's license with a good driving record and proof of automobile insurance required.
  • Auto liability insurance is required with minimum limits of $100,000/$300,000 for bodily injury and $100,000 for property damage with combined single limit of $300,000. You will be responsible for providing this proof of coverage on an annual basis. Should you not have this level of coverage today, we will pay the delta to increase your coverage by increasing your base salary offer for that delta.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
  • Travel in assigned territory/possible travel to other markets as needed/interested.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Comfortable working in a Skilled Nursing Home environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Founded in 2018, Longevity Health started as an Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP), a type of Medicare Advantage health plan that addresses significant unmet needs of long-term institutionalized members who reside in nursing homes.

Through rapid growth from 2018 to 2022, we expanded our market footprint and currently offer ISNP Medicare Advantage plans in Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina.

In 2023, we expanded our service offerings to the broader health plan market.
