Location: Hamburg, Germany | Full-time | Permanent | Onsite

In this position, you will dive deep into the world of traffic computer systems. Your mission: to support and maintain these systems, from installation to maintenance and establishing data connections. But that's just the beginning. As our Systems Technician (m/f/d), you are not only a problem solver, but also a creator. You actively contribute to system and functional design by working on the seamless integration of different components. And let's not forget: you are our ace in the hole for 1st level support for our traffic computers and on-premises systems. Ready for the challenge?

Your tasks

  • You are responsible for the support of our traffic computer systems
  • You ensure that disruptions in the traffic computers and other systems are resolved (1st level support)
  • You are responsible for order processing and regularly coordinate with our customers
  • You create technical documentation and reports for customers and superiors
  • You conduct trainings and user instructions
  • As a Systems Technician (m/f/d), you support system and functional design as part of system integration

Your profile

  • You have completed a technical education, ideally as an IT system electronics technician,
