YOUR CHALLENGE

You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the commercial customer service department
You will participate in internal and external sales meetings and be in contact with our headquarters in Belgium
You will integrate measures for managing, analyzing, and optimizing workflows and processes for efficient operations
You will provide daily support to your team in their operational work, such as invoicing, quoting, order processing, and customer contact
You will be the point of contact for your team, discussing ongoing tasks, difficulties, and problemsolving
Maintaining longterm relationships with existing customers is a given for you
You will maintain a reporting system for returns, error analysis, and solutions
