- Perform system administration tasks on all computer systems.
- Assist in maintaining external network connections and services.
- Install and update operating systems and third-party software.
- Set up and close user accounts, ensure system security, and perform maintenance procedures.
- Conduct system troubleshooting, backups, and maintenance of source codes.
- Support personnel in system procedures, analyze system usage, and seek performance improvement opportunities.
- Stay updated on system administration and computer technology advancements.
- Help with installing, deploying, and upgrading system components.
- Train new hires on policies and procedures and occasionally offer remote assistance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, professionalism, confidentiality, technical proficiency, attention to detail, communication skills, ability to work under pressure, customer service orientation.
