- Lead a team of experts in Total Rewards, HRIS, and Global Mobility
- Manage and administer various benefit programs with a focus on effectiveness and compliance
- Oversee compensation functions and planning activities
- Develop and recommend benefit programs based on strategic objectives and market assessments
- Manage the Human Resource Information System and drive automation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulations and filings
- Support in the preparation of Board and Executive Committee materials
- 8-10 years of HR experience with 3 years leading Total Rewards and HRIS in a global organization
- Expertise in government regulations, labor laws, compensation, and benefit programs
- Strong HRIS development and maintenance experience
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and navigate ambiguity
- Project management, analytical, and compensation program knowledge
- Proven data accuracy and project delivery skills
- Team-focused and collaborative with the ability to work independently

Description
About the PositionThe Director of HR Operations at InvestCloud will lead the Total Rewards and HRIS teams, taking full responsibility for strategy development, design, implementation, administration, and governance of all compensation and benefit programs, as well as HR systems. This critical role ensures alignment with business objectives, competitiveness, sustainability, and impact on organizational performance, particularly in attracting, rewarding, and retaining top talent while ensuring legal compliance. The Director will also oversee Global Mobility, HRIS administration, and play a key role in M&A activities. Being part of the InvestCloud HR team requires a combination of analytical, administrative, and strategic skills to drive business success.
