Position
Customer Service Rep.


Responsibilities:


  • Enter customer orders into an ERP system efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to any questions that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other data entry team members to ensure all customer orders are billed same day.
  • Work with the returns team to process customer returns and credits.
  • Attention to detail is a must.

Requirements:


  • High attention to accuracy, detail & organization
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Excellent customer service skills

Experience

  • 1 or more years of Data Entry or Customer Service preferred.

Job Type

  • Full Time, onsite in Roselle, IL


  • Monday

  • Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
