Position
Customer Service Rep.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders into an ERP system efficiently and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service to any questions that may arise.
- Collaborate with other data entry team members to ensure all customer orders are billed same day.
- Work with the returns team to process customer returns and credits.
- Attention to detail is a must.
Requirements:
- High attention to accuracy, detail & organization
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent customer service skills
Experience
- 1 or more years of Data Entry or Customer Service preferred.

- Full Time, onsite in Roselle, IL
- Monday
- Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
