    Route Service Technician

    $18.00

    Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Route Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, as they will be responsible for delivering and servicing our products to a diverse range of clients. This role involves loading and unloading a truck, taking inventory, and making 12-14 stops per day, with each stop varying in duration from 25 minutes to 2 hours.

    Responsibilities:
    • Delivering and servicing products to hospitals, management companies, universities, sports arenas, multi-housing communities, and other clients.
    • Loading and unloading the company truck with products and equipment.
    • Taking inventory of products before and after each delivery.
    • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to each stop on the route.
    • Providing outstanding customer service to clients at each stop.
    • Maintaining a clean driving record and following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
    • Communicating effectively with the dispatch team regarding route changes or issues.

    Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
    • Outstanding customer service skills.
    • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
    • Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes.
    • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
